Sunday Stroll

Blue skies smiling at me, nothing but blue skies do I see!
~ Irving Berlin

We can't go for a Sunday Stroll without at least one rabbit sighting!

This quiet little school near our house is all ready for shiny students in just three more weeks!

Isn't this a happy image? There are so many play structures on the school grounds. There must be a lot of sweet people supporting this neighborhood school.

Guess who?

Yep! Miss Bug came along for the stroll and fell asleep in the morning air!

I see the Birdie!

Festive summer blues and reds

Slug Bug! Punch Bucket! LOVE BUG!

Back home to my struggling little sunflower garden

We found this at Brad's, in a dumpster! It's an antique and now it rests in our garden. Good junk find, huh Sara?

After dinner, I found two Goldilocks impersonators in our bed.

Down in the living room, Miss Bug dozed after nursing. You might think it was quiet, but Finn was crawling around and the girls had been chasing each other around and around. Tomorrow Finn and CB are coming for lunch, so more about adorable Finn later. He's almost one!

We had a busy day but in the middle of it, after I put dinner in the oven, I had a few moments to make some sun tea, mop the floor, clean the cute hand prints off the patio door and sit in front of another World War II movie (Paradise Road - so good) for a while. We're so grateful for rooms full of little people, dear young people and so much love moving around our little spot of earth.

Beautiful. Your little family members are the sweetest blossoms on the stroll. :)

Lovely junk find. We accidentally left ours when we sold our old house and the new owner complained. and chucked it out. Tut! No taste!
Miss Bug looks snug!

Nice push mower! I'd love to have one of those!

I see in your profile that you are a retired clown. I did a tiny bit of clowning when I was a youngster!

Beautiful grand-kiddos!
