The batter looked perfect but it slipped my mind that I haven't produced a pretty layer cake in a few decades. Ooooops! Pink cake plans result in crumbs. Still pink.
My stomach is churning from too many cookies, too much Coca-Cola, and too much pizza. What am I going to do with my cake disaster? Pinkie Promise: No more pink food

What a wonderful Pink Saturday post! I just ♥ the fact that each of us shares such a variety of items - that's one reason why this event is never boring. Always something fun, new, lovely or interesting around the corner.

Happy Pink Saturday! Pom Pom you are a dear! You always such nice encouraging words to me (for which I am so grateful!). I actually think the idea of pink cake is wonderful, and why not pink cake? There should be more pink cake in the world! If it doesn't work out, though, you could just add pink fondant icing to a sponge. Love your pink posts!
Love to you Pinkie Pom Pom xxxx

I'm sorry the cake didn't turn out the way you had hoped, but I'm sure it still tasted good. Are your cupcake candles scented? They sure do look good enough to eat! I hope you're feeling better and that you have a wonderful and blessed weekend!

Don't forget to "Look in the Nook"
I remember I used to really love pink - there was a time when I had many pink clothes. I think you may be reviving my liking for pink, without me even realising it. I bought new shirt the other day. What colour do you think it was?
Yummy! Great plans.
Happy pink and have a great day!

Happy Pinks, Pom-Pom :)
I've learned from all my botched baked goods that as long as they taste good, who cares what they look like!!!
Have a lovely week!
Margie
Thanks for visiting me!
Your cakes look like mine! I can never seem to turn out a bundt cake or a layer cake without a mess. I say, eat the cake anyway....maybe with berries and whipped cream!
