Home Again

Hello and welcome! I've missed my busy blogging days and I am itching to catch up with everyone.

I savored every moment of Washington scenery and family love.

I'm back at school in eighteen days. I'm starting to think about kids and stories. However, I'm going to appreciate each day that remains of this peaceful summer. Being away, elbow to elbow with people I don't see enough and feasting on long days of satisfying conversation prevented me from reading and writing in my usual manner. It's time to make some plans. What are you planning? By the way, I missed you.

I'm glad you're back...I don't want to go any longer without my frequent fix of touchy, feely, idealistic Ponderings!
Eighteen days?!

Our summer break is later than yours - I have 42 days left! I week recovering from VBS, 2 weeks on holiday at our little bungalow, a family wedding - then 1 week getting ready for term again. But Oh the bliss of not having to set the alarm each day!!
I have loved your washington pictures xx

Welcome home! It looks and sounds like you had a beautiful time! I've missed you! Is it really only eighteen days? It's a little longer here before the children head back to school. Savor every moment!

Love your new look on the blog!

Welcome back! You have been missed. Beautiful pictures! I am so glad you had a such a wonderful time away and it sounds like you savored it to the fullest. I am starting to plan school, too, but I still plan to enjoy these last few weeks of no obligations to the fullest. ~Leslie

Autumn term looming already - Alex has had just one week of holiday so far! He goes back to school second week in September. Am wondering whether I might be able to do a little teaching myself in September or maybe I am crazy.
Am praying teachery/new term prayers for you.
