Hi Everyone! I've missed you! It's beautiful here in Washington and I'm busy visiting and soaking up all the beauty. Here are a few glimpses.
It's so warm here and so nice to have good chats with family. My mom's computer is difficult so I'm using my sister-in-law's laptop. I have so much to tell you! Thank you so much for checking in with me today. More later!

I love this peek at your parents and the foothills where you grew up. I have to tell you your mother and father look to be the dearest people in the world. Your sweet gentle dad! And that photo of your mom in her kitchen with her apron is so precious! So you grew up surrounded by mountains! I'm watching a DVD of Ken Burn's Lewis and Clark expedition. I've seen it twice before, but it is just as exciting and awe-inspiring the third time as it was the first. I don't know if your mountains are the same as their mountains, but they look the same. Well, I'm off to pack up more things in boxes to get ready for painting, but had to stop by one more time. I'm glad you are safely back home, and I hope you get to rest, rest, rest before school starts again. I'll be back in September to check in with you. I will keep you in my heart. You are the dearest angel. xoxo Kari
