Heaps of Sunshine

Oh, the weather is HOT here in Denver and Granny Camp is occurring mostly outside by the blow-up pools!
Here they are!  Only Atticus is missing because he's staying home with his mommy.  Grand number 9 is due in September, so she's with her mommy, too!
Finn is doing very well with his harem.
Just a little remembering.  Last year I took my niece's old Ann out of a box and began revamping her for Amy's youngest daughter, Johanna.  Remember how Ann sunbathed after her bath?  Doesn't her dress look pretty hanging on the line?  Oh, I do love Ann VERY much, in all shapes and sizes.
I'm having a bit of a quiet time just now.  We decided that during Aria's (she's two) nap, the two "big kids" could enjoy an hour and a half of electronic game playing.  That's it, though.  So they are quite occupied and Granny is having a "feet up" and guzzling cold water.
I do love the daily routine with children.  God's grace is sufficient and I am pleased that I can keep up the pace.
Time for a bit of doodling.
Sending huge LOVE your way and thanks for checking in on Granny Camp!  (HUG and KISS!)

I do hope Anne does not get sunburned. She is a redhead after all, and everyone knows what delicate skin they have. She's lucky, though, to be made of cloth. I think that helps.

Lots of summer fun is going on there. Looks like you run a very wonderful Granny Camp.

What a blessing to have grandchildren. I bet you are the most fun Grandma on the block. Thanks for your prayers. I know Coloradans have been living with the wildfires longer than we have this summer.

So I thought your first picture was sweet but when I saw your second picture I chocked on the strawberry I was eating. Why did I not realize that you would have SEVEN little campers? Wow, oh wow. I admire you like all the sunshine in the world. You are a spunky granny and I want to be just like you.

Pom Pom, you are so blessed!! What a wonderful bunch of grands! They are all so close in age and will have such fun and special memories to share. Good idea for a feet up water guzzling time.

It's so good to be able to stop by and visit your blog again! I have missed it!!

Blessings!

Hello Pom Pom just wondering how come your grass is so green & beautiful in the middle of summer like that?!! You'll be pleased you planted white petunias then I expect...nice cool colour. Those fires in the Colorado mountains don't look too good...pretty scary. Golly you're amazing!! What a precious, precious legacy for those grandies. Will grace extend to a Granny Camp of 100 when you're 80?! Perhaps there'll be slight adjustments ; ) Much love Gathering Katie x0x0x
