Stuffed Bunting

I had an idea!  Stuffed bunting!  What do you think?
I think quilt batting would work well, too.  My flags are pretty fat and lumpy.
Look at the cosmos!  They have taken over the garden.
Here's a little rosy red for rosy face YOU.
Banana bread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Now that I'm finished with the bunting business, I'm going to tidy my drawing table.  I copied this funny girl from The Bohemian Manifesto.  I gave her a paint brush instead of a cigarette.  Smile.
Thank you for popping by for a quick hello!  Be back soon!

What a colorful post! The cosmos is a feast for the eyes and I love your bunting and especially that orange and pink fabric. (I am so into orange right now!) And your rosy apples look scumpdillyumptious! =)

Fabulous bunting- and the rest- that's the essence of you, methinks, taking someone's idea, concept, production and making it all yours! PC was preaching in a friend's church today- about love abundant and undeserved, but about how it's to be shared and lavished on to others. And that's what this blog does- loves abundantly and widely, and so so prettily!!

There you go creating again! :D
Your banana bread reminds me that I still have some pureed zucchini in my freezer. Better make some zucchini bread! I love your sketch. You are so fearless in your artistic stylings! The paintbrush was a great idea! ;)

May I stop by for a piece of banana bread. Mmm - yum.

That bunting looks great. It would be a way to use up scrap batting.

Cute bunting Pom! And the cosmos are so pretty and colorful. Did you like "Bohemian Manifesto"? It's kind of silly, isn't it, but fun?

I love the stuffed bunting! What a great idea! Have your cosmos ever taken over. You will have lots and lots to pick and enjoy indoors. Are those apples Royal Galas? We can't seem to get enough of them here these days. I have lots of ripened bananas sitting on the counter waiting to be made into breads and muffins. Yum!

Blessings, Dear Pom Pom!

stuffed bunting! chldren like to touch and this will be very squashy and cuddly for a child's room, - you could also scent it. Very homey at PomPoms! banana bread looks yummy and so good that you are having time to sketch and enjoy yourself. I like your cosmos, we once had chocolate cosmos - brownish to look at but the smell was spectacular (they actually smell of chocolate!)

Wish our Cosmos would be as bright and productive as yours--right now they're just sitting there greenly.

Got the books--thanks so much! I will have to do my own bohemian drawing. I so love that you gave her paintbrush, and one that matches her lipstick at that.

I love buntings, they add color and make me smile. I'll have to confess that I had never seen a stuffed one. Very pretty. Your banana bread looks fantastic. I have not made some in a long time but it ranks high as one of my favorite quick breads.

Stuffed bunting -- I like chubby things. Quilt batting would work nicely too.

Love to eat banana bread for 3 meals a day (and snacks).

Cosmos is pretty. Mine is yellow/red cosmos and I like it.

I like the paintbrush in your picture much more than a cig. She looks more cultured that way!

I LOVE your cosmos! Isn't it lovely how the goldfinches come and eat the seeds? They always do in my Mums garden :)
