Smudgy Little Face

Hello, Sweetie Pie Face!  Do you love Ann's grubby mug?  I bought her at an antique store in Washington over twenty years ago. I do not know who lovingly stitched her face and her heart, but whoever that person is, I like her.
Sometimes I open my books and find leaves.  Sometimes I find zinnias!  Dusty and gorgeous.
This is last year's Christmas tree.  I am going to use the fairies again this year, but I shall make tiny red and white bunting for our tree instead of the bigger bunting (which is now on the living room walls).  I joined Betty's angel/fairy exchange so I must get busy making a tree topper for my friend Nancy.
Bye for now, Fairy Queen.  All the leaves have fallen here, so I have my winter view of sticky trees and cloudy morning skies.  The sun will come out later.
Our students are putting on a dinner theater tonight, so I won't be home until late.  Oh well.  Tomorrow is Bill's birthday!  Woo hoo!  The next day . . . my sweet mama flies in!
Let the happiness roll!

Such nice things and I love your Annie. I will be a Grandma again today. Soon I am thinking as she hasn't texted me in awhile. She has texted me all night. :) Oh she also published her book on Amazon. I will do a post later. It is for 12 year olds and up. :) Have a lovely day. Happy Birthday to Bill and Yay that your Momma is coming to visit. I love your bunting too.

I LOVE Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls!! (Andy in particular. He was my favorite when I was little kid.)
Your tree from last year was so pretty. I think your little pink fairies would like my latest post. :-)

Such a sweet little face on Miss Ann. Love your tree from last year! I bought a new tree and all new decorations last year (because my white tree had turned yellow). I can't wait to get it all out this year because I've forgotten what it all really looked like. :)

I'm so glad you've got so much to look forward to with birthdays and visits from family. My daughter and her family are coming home for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to see my grandbabies!

Happy Birthday, Bill; and welcome Pom Pom's Mum! What about Dormouse's snow! Do you have any yet? Did you get the bad winds? I think we're getting the tail end now. Any great big "dirty" wind we get always seems to come from the remnants of horrible hurricanes on your land mass. Hope you are cosy and well, and in no need of those ruby slippers xx

Ann looks to have been made with a lot of love.
It's always fun to find a treasure in a book. Your zinnia dried very nicely.
Oh what a happy Christmas tree that is!

Ann is very cute! When my girls were very young my mother sewed a BIG Raggedy Ann and Andy doll for them for Christmas. They kept them on their beds for many years. :) The tree fairies are very sweet.
