Lovely Looks

Apples and apricots snuggled together in an Indiana basket

Jeff's tomatoes

I found something in the front garden today that reminded me of you.

Here's what is hanging on my washing line.

Aslaug sent me this coffee card quite some time ago and it pleases me. Reve (my flower neighbor) put this happy bow on my birthday gift back in September. Oh, a Pom Pom paper doll, too!

To "happy up" your day further, I have found some lovely images drawn by another favorite illustrator, lisbeth zwerger. Enjoy.

Stand beside a flower today.

So much is alive and growing! Isn't this a great time of year? Your apples and apricots are lovely and I really like the doggie in the last picture.

Hi My Dear Friend....I have been remiss in responding these last few days, weeks maybe...with being gone and having company! You have changed your template. Is it one of the new designs? Looks very nice and welcoming! Also, wanted to thank you for your prayers for Stacy. He's doing pretty well and trying to get into a Clinical Trial for a new ChemoTherapy which is showing promising results. Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers. Hope your summer days are not going by too quickly and you are enjoying every minute....Sue

Have a great day - I am working a double shift today and tomorrow so coming home late at night tired and on autopilot but then have 5 fabulous days off to paint, read, create, be there for my family, Betty xxx

I love all your cheerful responses! You're so personal, so specific. Thank you! Yes, Sue, the template is one of the new designs and I made the collage on Smilebox, saved it as a power point slide, and put it up even though it bugs me that I can't center it. Betty, I know! An Aga! I finished The Shell Seekers after my class today and I cried. I'm not sure why the ending touched me so deeply this time.
