Busy with Wool

I've been burying myself in wool.  I move from project to project.  I've been sewing, too.  I WILL model my makes for you very soon!

It is the beginning of a full week with fun get togethers with friends AND the wool festival in Loveland, Colorado.  I'm meeting April (daughter in law) there and I can't wait.
We've had kids and grandkids in and out - that is our very fun "normal".
My sweet mama is coming to visit in a few weeks!  Woo hoo!
I hope you are well.
Thank you for stopping in!

Oh my goodness, dear Pompom. I'm at a loss to know what to say about all those knitting projects. My mouth is still opened wide and I can't believe how many beautiful knitted projects you are working on. What a prolific knitter you are. I can't wait to see you model all these garments. Such beautiful yarn and patterns and a knitted Teddy Bear as well.

You are an amazing knitting woman. The yarn store must love you a lot.
Have a great knitting week. Hugs, Julia

Have a good time this week! I'm jealous that you're going to Loveland. My husband was born and raised there. He doesn't have family there anymore but we have gone back to visit the area a couple of times and it's so pretty. I've heard wonderful things about the wool festival too.

Crikey, that's a lot if UFO's!!Love that you've got some Scottish yarn there too and it's such a lovely pattern. Wish I could come to the yarn festival with you. I watched an interesting documentary about the Hoover Dam the other day. It was really fascinating to know that a whole city was built (Boulder City?) to accommodate the workers and they and their families were very well looked after. Are any of those little houses still standing I wonder?
