Souvenirs

Here are my souvenirs.  Aren't they pretty?

 A sketchy sketch.
Bye bye New England!
We'll travel all day tomorrow and it's supposed to snow in Denver.  Cozy.
Thursday our firewood comes so we'll be busy loading and stacking and that's a good thing.
Thank you for coming to Maine with me.

It has been so much fun. I just love your pictures today. I also like your treasures. Such a study in contrasts.
I can't believe how fast your trip has gone.

What a beautiful place to vacation! I especially loved the pics of the little islands (which you captured so well in your sketch!) and the rustic little gate! It looks like you brought back a lot of memories.

Enjoy stacking firewood. I enjoy doing that when the fall weather arrives!

Welcome back to your cozy little home! :)

Oh what fun! What beauty! A terrific get-away for you and Bill. Great souvenir memories.

Snow sounds so -- cold, but with your firewood coming, it'll be a bit cozier.

Beautiful, beautiful. Safe travels home, dear. Now, you must read "The Country of the Pointed Firs" by Sarah Orne Jewett, so you may revisit Maine by just opening a book. She captures your rocky green islands and their people, perfectly.

You've brought home the best kind of souvenir - but don't you wish you could have bottled up the distinctive smells, too? They are what always surprise me when I return to a favorite place, because I couldn't take them back home with me.....

New England is so beautiful and I have enjoyed your photos. Do you have any idea as to how much snow you are coming home to? Hope your trees survived.

I've loved hopping over here tonight and seeing your beautiful trip through pictures! I have never been to Maine, and always have wanted to go that far north, somehow never got past New York. This was a good way to end the night! Thanks for sharing.
