Happy Pre-Christmas Feelings

(I'm already getting a spring-y urge.  Silly.)
Hello holiday merrymakers!  Do you have the Christmas feeling?  Do you have a sudden urge to bake or eat treats?  When I was younger I rushed around trying to remember everything that needed to be purchased or cleaned or prepared, but now I can take my time.  I like that.
Timothy likes my bible.
Last year beautiful Heather from Blackberry Rambles sent me this darling owl Christmas ornament.  I hung him in the kitchen.  SO cute!
 More reading support . . .

James likes preparing tea and serving it.
Tim is coping with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, isn't he?

 No stress here.

When we were walking at the mall this morning I noticed Santa visitors waiting in line before 8 am.  Where is Santa?  Maybe he's making fudge or wrapping gifts.
I am looking forward to lighting the candles on Christmas eve, eating Chinese food and witnessing the kids' excitement.
I hope you are living in the moment, feeling loved, and experiencing holy hope.
Thank you for your kind visit.

Oh yay!! A Christmas Pom Pom post. Filled to the brim with all kinds of lovely. I love James and his tea set and I think I would really like to be Timothy. All that sleeping in sunbeams.
We are having Chinese food on Christmas Eve at Emilie's house.
I am so excited.
I wish you the merriest Christmas ever.

Christmas has a much different feel this year for me due to circumstances but I sense an ongoing peace with all that is happening. No cookie baking for me or cooking Christmas dinner but I will be sharing it with friends. Love the laid back kitty! He knows how to celebrate a season!

things are looking relaxed and cozy at your place. I'm taking it all in here. I think I've been saying this on posts for at least a week now but I do wish you a very Merry Christmas.

I like that your Christmases are getting more relaxed. I have to keep reminding myself that I'm pretty much retired except for the occasional day of work. Pinching myself!
I like Tim's cat-itude. No worries!
I'll be having Christmas breakfast with the kids and then present opening.
Joy to you and yours!

James has the sweetest little face. and that Timothy! If only we could relax like a cat. That tiny note about spring...well I feel the same way. I've been out raking leaves today and remembering how pretty and green everything will be in a couple, maybe three, months. In the meantime, Merry Christmas!

Oh, Pom, I remember the stress and the rushing when the kids were young. Now, I start early, take my time shopping and enjoy it so much more. That Timothy...what a little doll. :) I think the idea of chines food over the Christmas weekend is a great idea. I think we'll do that, too. Enjoy the next few days of Christmas preparations. Deb

We are wondering why you eat Chinese food on Christmas Eve - is it a long tradition? Because of the Christmas Story movie? Just wondering. We are very festive and I am so very much in the Christmas spirit this year because I have two sons coming with one wife, one fiancee. So very happy. Missing my daughter in Japan, but happy for her. It's a good time. I hope you have a warm, worshipful Christmas, friend.

Timothy steals the show, doesn't he!! And precious James does too.

I'm all ready for Christmas.... outside the snow is falling...has been all day. I just took 3 loaves of fruit bread out of the oven. I love using it for my morning toast.
Take care, dear PomPom, and have a blessed Christmas.

I don't do Christmas stress. As a matter of fact, went to Walmat yesterday and people were SO nice and friendly...talking about everyone...customers and employees. It was really nice.
Merry Christmas to you and yours, Karen!
