In a few minutes we'll be off to the airport. I had to repack my backpack and my carry-on (aka purse). Bill said it was way too big and New Zealand Air would not permit me to lug it along. I am not good at choosing what to take, so I pray I don't freeze or become very grouchy because I don't like what I must wear. Isn't that shallow? Rats. Overall, I am thrilled to go on a great adventure. I'm very thankful!
I'll try to blog with my phone or iPad so you can see some lovely NZ and Australia beauty.

Oh, Pom, do keep us posted, even if you don't have picks, or it is just a short line or two. I love popping in and finding you here.
And don't apologize at all for wanting to take clothes you'll be comfortable and happy in - that is NOT shallow! It is just another aspect of beauty. Each woman finds beauty in her clothing in different ways. My clothing beauty means comfort and items that are cozy and familiar. Certain colors. Certain textures. On mission trips I used to take clothes I could leave there with the women in Mexico. Then I would buy new things in Mexico that I really wanted, and I had room to bring them back :)
You have the most wonderful of trips! Stay safe, take lots of pics, and have fun! Can't wait to hear how everything goes. :) Kit
