Atticus is one! His mama put on a lovely lunch party. Would you like some peas? Carrots? It's fun to eat cake out of a baby food jar!
Little number nine, Lizzy, is filling out so nicely! She's a strong little bug! Do you like her hat? My friend Dawn made her the cute and snuggly froggy quilt.
The weekend went by way too fast. Is it really Monday already? I'm happy that heart day is just around the corner and I already have spring fever. I think I'll dose myself with flowers from the supermarket, fabrics from the crafty store, garden planning, bird watching, and brightly colored clothes.
Our son Jeff has a new puppy! Puppy photos coming soon!
Take care of yourself, friends. You are bathed in grace. Whew.

What a happy post! All full of beautiful flowers, cake, and gorgeous baby faces! I love that soft little hat on Lizzy. I need to find a pattern and crochet up one for my little Hannah real soon. We're hoping to make a trip to IN to vist her next month. I can't wait!
I hope you have a wonderful new week my friend. Thank you for the reminder that we're all "bathed in grace!"
Oh the babies are so cute. I love the little hat. I have been trying to crochet baby hats, but can't get the size right. Love Monday. My day off. Have a good week.
Gorgeous babies...beautiful Tulips! Very cheering.
Gorgeous babies. I love the "carrot cake". What a fun lunch!
Atticus is one year old??? What??? Where did the time go, PP? Beautiful pics, fun and happy times! xxxx
Just lovely babies. I love the idea of the cake. Yep, the crazy birds around here think it is spring. Yesterday I sat and listened to a dove. The first one I have heard in awhile. I agree, some tulips would really brighten up the days around here today.
Have a lovely week.
the baby food jars are brilliant! so cute!
It's a long time since we had anyone age 1 in the house! The birthday food looks nice, colourful. I bet there was lots of noise and laughter. We have rain today and high winds, I have been in the warm having my day off all to myself and my paintbox. Betty x
What a fabulous name the Baby has been given ('To Kill a Mockingbird'?- I loved Gregory Peck in the film, so kind and gentle and that voice!)and I love the quirky party food. Lizzy is thoroughly adorable too. We are lucky to have grandbabies, aren't we? Mine was 4 the other day and becoming quite grown-up!Loving those shoes - is that your feet in them?Have a good week, my friend and thank you so much for popping over to mine.x
I wish I could cuddle these sweet babies through my laptop!
Have a lovely week!

Super cute babies! Love that little crocheted hat. So adorable. I am ready for spring, too. Cakes sounds yummy.
Ah, your home here on the web is such a happy place! Just popping and seeing the background is enough to make a person grin...let alone read this post full of good cheer.
Now, that cake in the baby food jars is just absolutely TOO CUTE! I love it!
Although we are in deep snow, with storms moving in and out of our lives with ease these days...I know spring is coming, and it might be bleak and cold, and a few months away, but that itch is in my Canadian blood just the same. I might have to glean some of the spring cheeriness through your photos though instead of through my window!
Wow look at how much baby Lizzy has grown ! Atticus is adorable too. You must have good genes in the family....lol
I LOVE that idea with the cupcakes ! I bet Atticus was allowed to have more then one. Sending you hugs x
Thank you for loving our babies, everyone!
You're all so nice to call in!
I am so glad I bought tulips because right now it's snowing outside.
What a joyous post...grandchildren...a true blessing from the Lord. Those shoes on the side bar just make me smile!

Darling EVERYTHING...babies, cake in baby food jars, tulips and the high heels!! I am stealing your high heel picture (linking back to you) for my birthday post.
Your grandbabies are absolutely adorable and those little cakes are also adorable. What a cute idea! Happy Birthday to Atticus.
Grocery store flowers are a GOOD thing always, but especially at this time of year.
The polka dotted high heels made me smile. Such a carefree picture. :).
I bought some supermarket flowers today to cheer myself up. Your grandbabies are so adorable. I love the little yellow hat! Take heart, spring will be here soon! I'm a little jealous of all your snow.
Thank you for coming to the party. Atticus loves you! (Me too!)
Atticus's mommy is very clever to make birthday cakes in baby food jars! What fun! He is SO cute! And so's Lizzy. How did she get so big already?
I can hardly think of spring yet. So much winter before us. But the lambies will be arriving soon and they give hope for spring days.
My goodness those tulips are fabulous!! I have just been eating sweet juicy golden peaches & looking at these two treasures I am thinking that will have the loveliest time this summer..devouring, slurping & dripping ripe summer fruit....yay. Much love GK x0x
Karen, love the hat and love the L for love on the quilt. It's all beautiful. Happy Birthday dear little Atticus!
Thank you, friends! Oh, and the polka dot shod feet are not mine, just a cute picture.
Why do I always think all your grandbabies look exactly like you? Must be because they're so adorable!
