Bye-bye!

A little ballerina gave her granny an impromptu performance yesterday afternoon. She is such a Sugar Plum Fairy.

As I arrived home from my walk, these spunky robins were in our yard to greet me. Aren't they gorgeous? Look at that robust breast! Spring is coming. Spring is coming. Spring is coming.

I'd like to paint a little message on this fence that says, "I'll miss you!"

Aisling from The Quiet Country House told me that I may see some spring in my yard if I looked very closely. She was right! I found some!

Why do we color eggs when organic eggs come in this lovely shade of PRETTY?

Before I go (tomorrow! Yikes!) I wanted to leave you with a little cuteness.

When I was at Borders last night for book club, I found SMALL chocolate bunnies. Yea!
Bunnies eaten: 1 and 3/4

I'll miss blogging. I will have many delicious posts to read when I get back, but I like keeping up on you every day. Say a little prayer for me on Monday when I am huffing and puffing, climbing this bridge. I will try to look forward not down. Eeeeeek.
Sending gobs of love your way. Take good care.

I'll miss you so very much! Have a wonderful time! Australia is one of the places I'd get in an airplane to go visit. Lucky you! I'll be looking forward to all the places you will be taking pictures and recording for us to visit vicariously through PomPoms lenses! Take care in the AIR and over the BRIDGES!

I will miss you too. Your posts are so refreshing. Your robin is quite a size, UK robins are much smaller. I guess everything is bigger in the US! Have a wonderful trip and take hundreds of picturesxxx

I'm relieved to realise that you are coming back- by which time perhaps Lent will be over, and I'll be back to my usual excessive time chasing Hobbits!

Cozy In The Woods?!? That brings back memories. I read that to my little boys over and over. That must have been almost 20 years ago! I think there's a battered copy around here somewhere. I LOVE that little board book and it's cozy pictures!
Have a wonderful trip!

Your robins are larger than ours and it is very unlikely to see 2 of them together.
