Mama Love

Thirty-three years ago today we had our Kelli!  I was a believer in natural childbirth so even though it hurt (big ouch) I felt GREAT afterwards.  I ate banana cream pie, took a shower, dried my hair, put on a red and white flannel nightie and visited with guests.  Kelli was a dream baby.  Easy as pie!  She is such a blessing in our lives and we are so thankful for her.  The picture above was taken three or so years ago (and a few hairstyles back!) Kelli's family is coming over to watch the Broncos win the Super Bowl.

Miss Bug had a fun party!

I haven't seen many birds but this fat squirrel is snacking on the black sunflower seeds.

Yesterday Jenny and Scott went to buy a new chicken so the girls came over to paint.

I am leaving for Washington this week.  I can't wait to see my mama, my sister, my brothers and my sister-in-laws!  Woot!  Woot!
I'll blog from there.  It's so pretty!  I like you!

You and your daughter look so pretty together. You always surround yourself with pretty colors and the grandkid are picking up on it. They are smart little artists.

Happy Birthday Kelli.

Have a safe and fun trip to Washington.
Hugs,
JB

Happy Birthday to your Kelli. What a lovely pic of the two of you.
Your upcoming trip to Washington sounds like fun. So glad to know you'll be reporting in from there :D.
Now, about that Super Bowl... I (somewhat reluctantly) congratulate the Broncos on their win. Although I have to admit we were cheering for the Panthers. Oh well.
