We Are Little; He is BIG!

Do you look at fabric on your computer?  If you type in colors or simply fabric swatches, Google Images will show you some pretty pieces of cloth.  My mom always says that she likes to sew more when she is shopping at the fabric store than when she is home thinking about starting up the sewing machine! I'm happy that there are so many crafty supplies at the fabric store, too!  I'm hoping to do a little of that particular kind of shopping this weekend.
Fall is putting on a grand show this year.  I MUST get out on the sidewalk soon.  I popped outside the other day, just as the sun was going away.  The leaves are stunning.  No snow yet.  Yay!

Late last October we went to Maine.  It felt like home to me even though it is all the way across America from my land.
Now, it's time for me to iron my clothes and leave for school.
Thank you for all your good wishes and prayers for Lizzy.  Her mama is feeling better every day, too.  Lizzy is smiling up a storm!  Her sister adores her.  Her daddy is a PRINCE.  They are VERY blessed.
Kelli's family has a new kitty pet.  Dot is a tortoise shell kitten.  I love kittens.
The kids at school are SO nice.  I am so happy to see them every day.  We're reading about a stray dog today.  Eleven year olds LOVE dogs.
I'll show them the video of the Russian stray dogs that have figured out the subway system.  Have you seen it?
Do you know what I know today?  I know that my Redeemer lives.

Oh, we are so little and HE is so BIG!

So glad you like my Mme Ramotswe art piece. I was a teacher too for 43 years and retired just last month- now all I do is art art art and sell it all over the world. Love your Autumn colours and will pop in here again to visit.

I am so glad that Momma and baby are doing so much better. I hope you have a nice quiet weekend to be quiet, to reflect, to dream and to hope. I keep thinking about the word solitude and how much we need it in this very busy world. I find that I am craving the sound of silence. Isn't that weird to crave that, but it something my soul needs. I find after great trials, I need that time and yes, Pom,Pom I am so glad He is so big and I am so little. I am also so glad that He lives today. Have a lovely day,

Hello Pom...so glad that everyone is settling in. It's always a funny old time when a brand new person arrives in the world...everyone has so much to learn about how to be together & who this new person really is...it takes a while even when everything goes well.
I have to say that I am endlessly fascinated by beautiful fabric..I just love to see it & sometimes to just have it. I rather understand what your mother means about the sewing bit though : ) Hugs to you all GK x0x00x

So glad that Lizzie and mama are doing well.

Have never looked at fabric the way you do via searches, as I just go to websites. Will try it your way. Hoping your Friday goes well and you have a nice weekend, although the news said it FROZE last night in Denver.

Thank you for saying hello, everyone!

Time for cider!

Temps are beginning to drop around here, expecting another frost Sunday night. It's getting closer to sewing weather which means the outdoor work is coming to an end.
Pom, your new teapot wall paper is fabulous...LOVE IT!

The fall colors are coming on nicely aren't they? And then we will have snow that will ruin them before they have had their time. You probably had snow this morning. We are still waiting on snow here, but boy is it chilly.

Thankful that Lizzy and her family are doing well! God is BIG and good! Love your fall photos. Our trees are almost bare now, but not quite. Still enjoying those golden leaves that are still hanging on or falling down.

Hello, Pompom, my friend,
I do love pretty fabric! I don't sew at all, but I love to visit fabric stores and view all of the lovely fabrics. Your fall foliage is so nice. We are actually having a cool, cloudy weekend here in TX. I sipped my coffee on the patio this a.m. and brrr it was chilly! Of course, not as chilly as where you live! I hope you have the best of weeks with your kiddoes at school. Sending love and hugs to you~Vicki
