The Healer

In the week since I last posted, Lizzy has been in the hospital and had surgery.  The Lord is so gracious and she is healing well.  Her mommy and daddy have been at her side, cuddling her and taking care of her.  We serve a God of great provision.  He is the healer and we are so thankful.  SO thankful.

We've had the privilege of staying with the big sister.
We're home now and Lizzy will go home soon.  Jenny and Scott are such loving parents, so committed to their girls.  We are overwhelmed with the kindness of friends who prayed and a God who hears us.
I'm back to school today.
I'll be back here, soon.

Precious sister -- I've thought of you so often. I'm so thankful for God's sweet mercy and healing for Lizzy, his care for your family. May he give you rest this week, and the strength to all you're doing. Love you!

So happy Lizzy is doing well--God is good! I was looking at the picture of you and your granddaughter and thinking how all of your grandbabies must love you so much. What do they call you?

I echo MK and Frances. I've been concerned about little Lizzy and the family. I'm so glad to hear her surgery went well. I'm praying for my mama as she's in surgery at this very minute for a new hip. Please keep her in your prayers. Thanks, Karen!

So good to hear from you again. I missed you!

I am so glad you are home now. I have been praying and praying for your family and the baby.
I am so thankful that she was born in this time and not in the 19th century. I will continue to pray for you cause this stuff is really hard on grandmas and grandpas too.

Sweet, sweet Lizzy. Did I miss a post? Did say why she had to have surgery? We will keep her in our prayers for a full and speedy recovery. In no time her surgery will be a memory and no one will know she had surgery. Hugs and more hugs for the little angel.

Karen, such GOOD news about Lizzy; thank God for His hand of healing and mercy.
What on earth do people do who don't know Jesus? I wouldn't even get out of bed in the morning!

Oh that's not fair that sweet little Lizzie has had to face surgery at such a tender age. I do hope that she is healing nicely.
I have posted something to make you smile on my blog. A little something that I saw that reminded me of you on my travels last week.
Hope you are having a happy happy day Miss Pom Pom ! x

Our gracious God has you and yours in the shadow of His wing and the palm of His hand. Praise Him.

I want to say that I thought I hit the comment button but somehow ended up on your birthday post. May I say that this post in its entirety is exactly why I LOVE you. What a pleasure to start my day with you!

Blessings, Debbie
