Happy Love

Happy Valentine's Day!  Did some chocolate find its way to you?  We had yellow cake for Birdie's birthday!

Birdie and CB spent the night (CB is allergic to cats so she can't sleep at Kelli's).  They were such good little nine year olds!  I went up to bed before the movie was over (Harriet the Spy) and told them to turn off the TV and go to bed.  They did.  Darling lambs.
I ordered these furniture covers from Zulily and I really like them. Do you?

I thought I'd take a quick shot of the cute toy shelf here.  Most of the toys are hand me downs from Kelli's girls' storehouse.
I have two or three more sheep pictures to hang in the family room.  This is from Gumbo Lily.  Peek-a-boo!
The sun shines in on the unmade bed.
Uncle Jeff and Aunt Christie gave Birdie a five pound bag of Sour Patch Kids and this funny whipped cream game!  They HAD to try it.

We walked to the park.  I made them find the way.  They did!
Yikes!  #1 and #2 grands are growing up!

Plum Cake has taken charge of her new chicken Winnie.

We are having pork chops and a sweet potato for our Valentine's Day dinner.  Quietly.  We have a lovely week of fun ahead with friends and grands.  The weather is supposed to be warm.  I will find some quiet moments to read and pray, think and examine.
I am thankful for love.

I do love your Zulily furniture covers I love those old rose patterns.
Oh that Pie in the face game is such fun for the kids. My grandson James got one for Christmas and he was so happy to demonstrate it to me on his dad. So much fun...

Have a blessed day andOI hope that your week will be filled with lots of red color. Happy Valentine Day to you Pom Pom.

The big girls are really stretching out to become l-o-n-g girls! Your family is so lively and loving it is always a joy to see the pictures. And the food looks good!

One of my daughters was born Feb 13 and I always say she was the best Valentine gift ever. Love to you, Pom Pom! <3

Many happy returns to Birdie. I do love the new chicken, Willie, it looks like he is going to be given a lot of love and hugs! We had scones with jam and cream for valentines - and heart shaped sausage meat grills from a small UK family run company called Heck that are in the supermarkets here and were running the heart shapes as a healthy heart promo (their products are quite low in fat). Blessings to you and your family. Betty

Love all the photos of family fun. Cute Zulilly covers!

Would love to hear what you are reading? I am elbow deep in an old Anne Bronte novel... A bit moody and windswept, but I love it.

What big grandgirls you have! All of your grandies are so darn cute and wonderful! I always love seeing the pics of your family.

The furniture covers are very nice. It looks like they'll be easy to lift off and clean when the time comes.

Did the sheep photo turn out clear enough to suit you?

Love that Plum Cake and her chicken! Too cute!

God bless your reading, praying, and meditating time.
