Vintage Market

We tootled up to Ft. Collins earlier this week.  April took us to a vintage mart.  I thought you might like to browse around.

I've been messing with the dials and knobs on my camera.  Yikes!  Brad's blurry!  He loves his Christmas present and he can play it!
I, on the other hand, cannot.  That's my pedometer in my pocket and I count my steps, but quiet honestly I have found that I am not really a "mover" as a whole.  I might work on more stepping in the weeks and months to come.

Happy NEW YEAR!

Oh that looks like a fun place to visit. I would really like that store. I think it is good I don't live near Ft. Collins. :) I love that picture of you. I like your pedometer.
I hope you have a really nice day today. Ron is digging holes to plant more trees and then plowing my garden. I will maybe sit on a chair in the sun. :) Like a cat.

Definitely looks like a fun place to visit!!! Oooh, an accordion!!! I remember when my sister got one for Christmas, she played it loads! Wish I'd learnt as would be very useful for school when I do singing assembly in the dining hall to the younger kids without a piano!!
Happy new year Pom!!x

Cute little accordion. My husband plays, no polkas though, all gospel. We picked it up at a pawn shop. He is playing it in church now. The pastor likes it. I have JP on my facebook, will have to try and get him playing on my blog.

That's an adorable picture of you, Pom! You look like your belting out a lovely ballad. What a great present for Brad! I know he'll enjoy it a lot.

So many items in that market look very "PomPomish." I really, really like that enamel Dutch oven. I could use one of those! Did you buy anything? Oh, after Christmas, perhaps not. We're all rather "bought out" aren't we?

Hello Pom, so glad that you look a lot perkier than you were sounding the other day (if that makes any sense at all?) I imagine you're down a few thousand steps on that round. Shame to miss Christmas like that : ( What joy to be able to play the accordian...it is such a joyful instrument isn't it! Looks like you've created yourself a nice soft focus for the New Year. Love you scarf. Nice to see your happy face. Much love GK x0x0x

Happy new year! I loved seeing your photos of the vintage market. I love those places and just browsing around them. How wonderful that Brad can play the accordion. We have an old one in the loft that neither of us can play! Xx
