Sugar, Doves, and a Kissable Face

"Unfailing love and truth have met together.
Righteousness and peace have kissed!
Truth springs up from the earth,
and righteousness smiles down from heaven."
Psalm 85: 10-11

There are love doves all around. They perch on the wires, flutter around each other in front of my window, and gather on the stone wall below the bird feeder. Why are there so many?

I leave you with the fresh face of Samantha Rose. She is happy baby extraordinaire.
I'm a happy baby, too.

Oh that little looks like her granny -- especially those gorgeous eyes!
And it's no wonder love doves are gathered round where you are Miss Lovely.

Oh dear Pom Pom, your posts sure bring a smile. It feels a bit lonely over here. So I told my doughter I'd love to write a letter, and guess what ? She told me to write YOU ! :)) As time allows I think I should follow her advise.

Have a blessed rest of the week !

p.s. You're on holiday now ? :))

Hello, dear friend,
I know you are looking forward to the summer ahead. I loved teaching school but was always ready for some "me" time. I have a lot of doves around my feeder, too. I am calling mine love doves, too. I like that name. Your Samantha is a sweetheart for sure!! Enjoy your week. Love and blessings always~ Vicki

Samantha Rose is adorable! What a bundle of love she is. I've noticed lots of doves, too. Yesterday though it was a pair of blue jays tormenting a mockingbird. I am not overly fond of either but it was a little upsetting to watch. Blue Jays are such bullies. The doves just coo and strut and don't seem to have the drama that some of the other birds do.

My goodness what fantastic eyes, this is one of your best pictures. Thanks for your comments - I am just doing the boot camp for fun as no way am I a photographer but couldn't think how there would be time to try to meet the word prompts with any other medium. It's fun and free, why not join in? My rose was a real find, in the pouring rain!
